"The problem was swiftly found to be in the Virgin box and therefore not something the engineer could sort out. However, he offered to try a trick he knew, and went to the back of the television and did something which made the system work for that evening. The following day the problem arose again, however on the third day, everything was working well and has continued to do so. I do not know why, but I was very grateful to the obviously very experienced engineer."
